Colour: Medium Grey
Date of birth: 29 March 2010
Registered with: British Alpaca Society, Australian Alpaca Association
Wyona Sunset Boulevarde is a quite spectacular grey macho bred from the most productive and reliable grey bloodlines in Australia. He arrived in the UK in 2012 and after a journey of separation has now been re-united here at Barnacre with his multi-champion half-brother (same sire), Wyona Sunburst!
Boulevarde’s medium grey fleece is fantastically even in colour and fineness right across his body. Each staple contains bright, evenly crimped fibre and is so dense that you will be quite amazed. The length of fibre growth is also impressive at 110mm (5th fleece) producing a very respectable 3.7kg in 2014.
His progeny are sure to make an impact in the show ring and he already has a beautiful grey daughter and several progeny due to some influential and discerning breeders in the South of England.
We feel incredibly lucky to own this male and invite you to meet and inspect him to get your feedback as well, just drop us a line.
His pedigree is detailed below and as you can see includes: ILR Snowmass Grey Legend, Wyona Mystical Woman, Peruvian Hemmingway, Blue Grass Waterloo Sunset, Jolimont Warrior and Jolimont Conquistador.
Boulevarde’s show record includes:
With a rich and undisputed grey pedigree we recommend Wyona Sunset Boulevarde to develop your high end grey alpacas, we are also putting him over some of our black and fawn females.
