Sired by the renowned Australian herdsire Jolimont Gianmarco, who is one of the most decorated and consistent males in the Australian show ring (and who cost a record AUS$150,000 for a half share), we are very fortunate indeed to have acquired EP Cambridge Gianmarco’s Masterpiece.
The genetics from his successful sire (13 championships, 3 supreme championships and progeny show ring successes) are enhanced by his Grandsires, the impressive Australian studs Jolimont Sculptor and Jolimont Encantador. This premium mix of elite genetics is unique and packed full of potential.
Gianmarco’s Masterpiece won ribbons in all shows he entered during 2007-9. At the 2009 Westmorland show he was 1st adult white male thanks to his awe inspiring fleece.
Gianmarco’s Masterpiece’s first cria, a stunning white boy was born in June 2010 followed by another 2 whites and a fawn (fawn mum). In 2011 he had 2 white boys, 2 white girls and a fawn boy (fawn mum). In 2012 he had 1 white boy, 1 beige boy (brown mum) and 2 fawn boys (white and brown mums). We are delighted with the fleeces he is producing and his first son has already been acquired by an excited breeder in the Midlands.
Gianmarco’s first fleece was Ultrafine, amazingly his seventh fleece is still classified as “fine” at 22.9 microns!
